Opera 11 is a bed & breakfast that was opened in September 2013. It is a charming 19th-century residence that has been completely renovated. We have carefully designed three rooms with private bathrooms. Our goal is to offer a romantic and relaxing stay for our guests. Located in a picturesque alley near shopping and nightlife areas, all rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and television. Additionally, the presence of a cozy common area on the ground floor, where a full breakfast is served, helps make our bed & breakfast even more efficient.

Our bed and breakfast is located in a charming 19th-century house, which was completely renovated in 2012.
Its prime location will allow you to easily reach the city's monuments and main attractions on foot, such as the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Pilotta Palace, the Farnese Theater, Garibaldi Square, and the University headquarters.
Thanks to its central position, you will have easy access to the best local restaurants and enjoy city shopping.
Situated in a restricted traffic area, our bed and breakfast offers the convenience of parking nearby in Goito (approximately 300 meters away - open 24 hours) and easy access to major public transportation lines.
Furthermore, our bed and breakfast is just 700 meters away from the train station, making your journey even more convenient.
